Located in the Champsaur valley (Hautes-Alpes) in the heart of the Ecrins National Park, we are producers of sea buckthorn juice, birch sap, and fruit juices certified organic with the Nature et Progrès label. We are also distillers/liquorists. Don't miss a visit to our workshops!
We harvest birch sap in the Champsaur valley (Hautes-Alpes) at an altitude of over 1000m, at the gateway to the Écrins Massif.
The sap of birch favors the natural drainage of the body. It has a revitalizing and remineralizing action. It is consumed in the form of a cure at a rate of 6 to 8 cl per day for 3 weeks.
The fresh birch sap is packaged in 2 liter or 5 liter bottles. You will find it only during the harvest period (from March to April depending on available stocks).
