• honeys (chestnut, oak, dandelion, raspberry...),
• jams ("Gratte Culs", wild blueberries, Cévennes onions...) and confectionery,
• but also syrups, pâtés, tripous, dried mushrooms, chestnut specialities (jams, syrup, flour...), cookies, Aubrac tea and other herbal teas, Lozere beers and wines..

Finally, for the gourmets, you should know that the Maison de la Lozère in Paris is also a restaurant of 38 seats which proposes in its menu all kinds of authentic products and Lozerian specialities.
