Honey from the banks of the Tarn, the Causse, chestnut, mountain and heather - Ferme de la Fraïsse

The Fraïsse farm is located in the heart of the Causse Méjean. Sarah and Philippe have taken up the challenge of bringing this remarkable ensemble back to life, having abandoned it for half a century.

Located on 200 hectares of lawns, the buildings constitute a remarkable ensemble restored by Sarah and Philippe.

In this natural environment, the numerous beekeepers collect the succulent nectar of the Causses. The honey harvest is spread out from June to September according to the different honey flows.

The products marked Esprit parc national:

  • honey from the banks of the Tarn,
  • honey from the Méjean plateau,
  • chestnut tree honey,
  • mountain honey (from Bougès and Aigoual),
  • heather honey.
