"Thinking about sustainable activities gives momentum for change."

Luisa Kober, 29, who has a master's degree in sustainable tourism and is also trained in oenology, dreamed of working in a winery. "As this one was biodynamic, it was the ideal job! Trilingual in French, English, and German, Luisa arrived at Domaine de la Navicelle in 2015 and is now in charge of tours, tastings, and gites.

Applying for the Esprit Parc National brand was an obvious choice because joining a network gives you better visibility, and then thinking about sustainable activities gives you an impetus for change. As soon as there are specifications, it encourages us to make more efforts and it legitimizes our approach, which we have been trying to transmit for years!

At Domaine de la Navicelle, the whole team is very committed:

I love to get my hands dirty during the harvest, to participate in the making of herbal teas for the vineyard, to spray by hand.

Luisa is also responsible for the projects. And projects... she has many! A first one already materialized: the organization of the Fête de la Colle noire, an authentic Provencal festival open to everyone upon reservation and which has welcomed about 110 people since its first edition in August 2016. She is organizing two in 2019, in July and August, with a visit and tasting and then a meal under the stars around a typical Provencal meal!

I would also like to create a food and wine tasting workshop, offer a winegrower's basket to visitors, organize aperitif-jazz and a music festival evening.

She is also getting ready to host seminars this spring.
