Looking for a soothing interlude? Head for a visit to La Vallée Heureuse garden, on the heights of St Denis (Brûlé). Here, the welcome is at the gate like 𝘥𝘢𝘯 𝘵𝘢𝘯 𝘭𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘯. And above all, with a smile! Heir to this 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 family Creole garden, Pascale is keen to maintain this heritage, 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗿 and above all to 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 with as many people as possible.

The "traditional" tour, for adults, lasts around three hours and focuses on the history of people and plants in the heights of Saint-Denis. Biodiversity, whether human, mineral, plant or animal, and the history of Life, magnificently concentrated on a small island lost in the middle of the Indian Ocean and very recently populated, are at the heart of the message conveyed during the guided tour.

Guided by your host, you'll discover the pleasure garden with its delicate flowers, the "useful" garden with its fruit trees, and even a reconstituted forest of native and endemic plants. A green setting maintained without watering or chemicals.

    Equipment required:

A pair of sneakers; a warm towel; rain gear; mosquito repellent; a cap for those who fear the sun.

Days and times open to the public:

      - People with reduced mobility cannot be included in a "normal" visit due to the typology of the terrain. An adapted itinerary can be proposed as part of a specific project with a group that has already been formed (request from an association, etc.).
