The Ecrins national park, fauna & glaciers

Easy half-day hike in the Combeynot massif from Le Casset to discover the Ecrins National Park, the fauna present in the area and the Casset glacier. An outing to make the children aware of the way animals live in winter and to live a striking experience in the middle of nature. During the outing, the guide will explain how the chamois lives and how the landscape and the glaciers were formed! Special snowshoe equipment for children is provided.

Clothing and footwear: Shoes and clothing suitable for mountain hiking. Provide drinks and cases for the children. Optional equipment: binoculars, camera, etc.

Snowshoes + sticks + possibly overboots. First aid kit, observation material: spotting scope, horns, legs, identification sheets .....

Other useful information: We will adapt to the weather and snow conditions. As a last resort, the guide is the sole judge of the program of the outing, which he can modify or cancel.
24 children per guide (in reference to the legislation, the teacher's presence is mandatory).
