Quai Lélia Le Ber
83400 Porquerolles
France
To survey Porquerolles is to discover a true paradise for nature lovers. The route is punctuated with historical comments while focusing on the typical flora of the Mediterranean maquis.
From the Fort Sainte Agathe, to the Mill, passing by the Plain of Olives, the visit will also emphasize the Biodiversity present on the island by evoking the Cultures of the Botanical Conservatory of Porquerolles in the middle of the plots of fig trees or mulberry trees. During a Discovery Day on the island, this route is enriched with a complementary offer. After having a picnic on the Courtade Beach, we cross the island towards the South coast to appreciate the sublime landscapes: Viewpoints of the Calanque de l'indienne, the Lighthouse, the Gorges du Loup. Continuation towards the Conservatory orchards (Fig trees, Fejouas, Pomegranate trees...), to finish on the sublime Silver Beach. This route allows you to be against the flow of visitors and to understand different aspects of Porquerolles. Target audience Adults, families, seniors, schools
