Spreads, confits and soups - La Ferme d'Esparon

We started farming in 2015 with the project of rehabilitating an abandoned chestnut grove and terraces for market gardening (sweet onions, butternut, asparagus) in line with the philosophy and rules of Organic Farming.

Since 2022, we have been proud to present our AB-certified products. We offer you the fruits of our passion and hard work, our products grown by ourselves and processed 100% in the Cévennes. Since 2024, we have been home to a small flock of Roussillon Red lambs, taking advantage of Agropastoralism.
