Brand accession is conditional on compliance with two regulations by the applying professionals:

  • The RoU (General Regulations of Use): it provides a framework for the use of the collective brand and sets out the general principles.
  • CRs (Categorical Regulations): for each type of product or service, they specify the technical criteria that condition the right to make use of the brand. They are developed for all National Parks. To date, almost 20 CRs have been drawn up, allowing producers or service providers whose activities correspond to one of the CRs to attain the brand.

HOW TO APPLY FOR THE BRAND?

  1. Contact your National Park. The brand’s advisor will introduce you to the brand and conditions of accession

  2. Your organisation is then visited by an authorised person to check that your products/services meet the criteria*.

  3. Your application is validated by your National Park.

  4. You sign your partnership contract for 5 years, allowing you to use the brand. Signing the contract implies the payment of an annual fee.

  5. We will give you the Brand Kit: A selection of materials and tools to help you use and promote the brand (brochures, labels, window stickers, USB keys...)
