Goat cheese - Ferme Changement d'Ere

Changement d'Ere is a young farm located in the valley of Ouzoum, in Arbéost, in an old farm of the plateau of Curet, which proposes you in particular goat cheese.

The respect of the animal welfare and of the natural and human environment are the values at the base of his project.

The goats are well cared for, they produce quality milk that he transforms according to traditional recipes, working the milk in a copper cauldron and by hand. The goat cheeses, arblochons, are matured in the farm's salt room.

All the production is sold directly at the farm and at local events.
