Ideally situated at the foot of the Cévennes mountains, the exceptional terroir, rich in clay-limestone and sandstone soils, offers great diversity, which expresses itself in wines with character and finesse. The low yields achieved by meticulous grape selection also guarantee optimum quality.

Sébastien offers 3 ranges of rosé and red wines: cuvées 1860, 1799 and 1570, as well as a late harvest Hypérion.
