Baptiste Gallissot has set up a market gardening activity in organic agriculture on 1ha. His production, always in season, is as respectful as possible of the environment, but also of the health of those who eat it. He produces

His production includes aromatic herbs, sold directly, at the farmer's market or in baskets.

He also works in parallel with the Maison de Courcelles, for the supply of the kitchen and as an animator, and also welcomes the public on the farm to share his passion for organic gardening.
