Jams Au Verger Saint Joseph
Avenue Charles de Caqueray

A family orchard created by Sarah's ancestors that she continues to cultivate with passion to produce various fruit-based delights including jams: raspberries, redcurrants, chestnuts, pears...there is something for everyone!
In the 80's, Sarah's grandparents transformed part of their orchard into a farm campground in order to make up for the difficulties of arboriculture in mountainous areas. In love with their job, they transmitted this passion to her!
It's a family story...
- Sarah makes her own fruit products in her workshop through the creation of jams, syrups and fruit jellies.
- Not far from the workshop, Sarah's mother welcomes campers under the shelter of apple and pear trees at the Camping A la Ferme Saint Joseph and the Gîte à la Ferme Saint-Joseph.
- Nicolas, Sarah's companion, artisan ice-cream maker and chocolatier, sublimates some of the fruits into delicious sorbets and ice creams.
The fruits are grown as naturally as possible, they do not receive any treatment.
Sarah's jams come from the orchard's productions: chestnuts, apples, pears, quinces, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrants, blueberries, currants, plums
