Cévennes National Park
Anything that can help us preserve and learn more about our natural heritage is important!

On the slopes of Monoblet, not far from Anduze, Mas Seren is part of a long history of Cévennes vineyards. Emmanuelle Schoch cultivates 6 hectares of vines according to the principles of organic farming. A vine and wine technician, former cellar master and stage manager, she launched her estate in 2009 to produce IGP Cévennes wines with character.

I try to develop a very peasant viticulture. This technique is well suited to the hillsides and old vines, some of which are over 60 years old.

A member of Esprit Parc National, Emmanuelle's vision is both sensitive and committed.

The Cévennes was an obvious choice for me, because it's a territory that's off the beaten track.

Esprit parc national acts as a link between nature, heritage and know-how. Anything that can help preserve and promote knowledge of our natural heritage is important.
