Vens Lakes Refuge

In the commune of Saint-Etienne de Tinée, in the heart of the Mercantour National Park, the Lacs de Vens refuge offers a mountain environment typical of the Alpes-Maritimes.

The Vens refuge is located in one of the most prestigious sites in the Mercantour Park. It is surrounded by natural lakes, waterfalls in an ancient glacial cirque, rich alpine meadows and a varied fauna (mouflons, chamois, eagles...).

The two janitors welcome you with your family or friends, 2h30 away, for a first experience in a refuge, or a day out in the refreshing atmosphere of a mountain lake.

The refuge belongs to the Fédération Française des Clubs alpins de montagne (FFCAM).
