History of the flora of the Mercantour

On this hike, you'll discover the history of the Mercantour's flora: where it has come from over time, how it has adapted and evolved in relation to its environment and predators, and its relationship with insects.

We'll also see how plants prepare in autumn to cope with the first frosts of winter.

The hike also includes the discovery of some of the region's endemic flowers.

* Registration: minimum 4 people maximum 12 people

* Location in the heart of the Mercantour National Park, Lac d'Allos sector

* There are 3 variations on this hike, depending on the flowering season (edelweiss, endemic flowers...)
