Come and learn mountain trail running! Trails accessible even to beginners and occasional runners, for a gentle introduction to the sublime trails of the Mercantour, in the Haut-Verdon area...

Marc invites you to discover the Mercantour on the run!

The two proposed itineraries have a positive difference in altitude of between 150 and 300 metres, and a distance of between 5 and 10 kilometers, which will be adapted according to the progress and level of the group.

Along the way, Marc will provide you with technical information on trail running, as well as introducing you to the Mercantour National Park

Two levels are proposed: easy and medium
