When I started farming, my sensitivity to the environment, to nature and to living things in general, naturally led me to organic farming in 2004, combining agroforestry and permaculture.
Living in harmony with nature, understanding the life that surrounds me and respecting it, also means getting involved in associations that share these values in favor of nature and animals, without forgetting human beings.
Organic farming estate producing old-fashioned chestnuts fresh and processed into jams sold to local professionals and to guests of the gîte.
The farm is also a space for the protection of nature and biodiversity: ASPAS reserve, Humanité et biodiversité label, Des terres et des ailes label (LPO).
Chestnuts of ancient varieties: Pelligrine, Figarette and Combale, beneficiaries of the AOP châtaignes des Cévennes, are sold processed:
