- Cep
Naturally dried, they retain all their flavor. Simply rehydrate and cook in a juice or sauce to enhance your culinary preparations.
- Girolle
Without doubt one of the most popular and sought-after common mushrooms when the season is in full swing. Fresh, it will be the queen of your omelettes, along with Cèpe.
- Death's trumpet
Very aromatic when dried, it's perfect for pâtés and even foie gras.
- Amanite des Césars or Oronge car orange, raw in carpaccio or cooked, you'll be in ecstasy!
And let's not forget the more rare Morel, to be eaten dry, and the Pied de mouton, which is very common in our chestnut groves and woods.
