The Sauveplane farm is located in a small Cévennes valley in the heart of a chestnut grove.
It was with a view to preserving ancestral know-how that the project to upgrade this chestnut grove was born.

Chestnut cultivation in the Cévennes is deeply rooted in the region and its inhabitants, but is gradually being lost due to a lack of players and initiatives, despite the fact that chestnut trees have outlived mankind.
It's the strength and resilience of this tree that has inspired me to spread the word about its fruit, rich in taste and virtues.

Chestnut cream

Our chestnut cream is made with 38% organic cane sugar and a hint of vanilla, also organic.
The chestnuts are harvested by hand, and the chestnut trees are grown in the traditional, natural way, without the use of synthetic chemicals.
410gr jars.

Our chestnut jam is made with 48% organic cane sugar and a hint of vanilla, also organic.
