Nathalie and Samuel took over the family farm in 2010. As organic market gardeners, they use permaculture to grow vegetables, fruit and herbs.
From the outset, they chose to orient their agricultural production towards methods and techniques based on the concept of permaculture. They decided to focus on environmentally-friendly farming methods, with, for example, a synergy between crops and livestock, the recovery of local materials, and methods geared to minimizing waste.
The fruit and plants grown or harvested are transformed into aperitifs.
Aperitifs: elderflower, fig, Provins rose, chestnut, wild blackthorn and walnut wine.
