Sorbets - La ferme de Solpérières

Located in the heart of the park, Evelyne's values of landscape integration and agro-ecology are remarkably strong.

Particular care is taken when preparing the soil. Only gentle, surface cultivation is carried out. Home-made compost, shredded plants from the garden and crop rotations with green manures keep the soil alive. Particular attention is paid to water management; all plants require little watering, and mulching limits their needs.

Plants, edible flowers and fruit are processed on the farm in the workshop into 100% organic sorbets.

The products are available for tasting at the garden's summer salon during visits, and for sale at the farm and local markets.
