All plants are grown by hand on small plots or scattered here and there for the pleasure of the eye...

Edible plants, lavender, sage, agastache, roses, cornflowers and their companions in the ornamental garden are weeded by hand. No chemical treatments or synthetic fertilizers are used in the garden. Depending on the season, Evelyne also picks wild plants: cuckoo clocks, thyme, elder...

The edible plants and flowers are transformed into 100% organic herbal teas in the farm's workshop.
