Our garden farm is dedicated to biodiversity. All our attention, all our practices, all our sharing are aimed at getting to know it better, understanding it, preserving it, developing it and marvelling at it..
Special care is taken when preparing the soil. Only gentle, surface cultivation is carried out. Our in-house compost, contributions of shredded plant matter from the garden and crop rotations with green manure plantings enable us to keep our soil alive, just as it has been handed down to us by previous generations.
We pay particular attention to water management; all our plants require little watering, and mulching limits their needs.
Plants, edible flowers and fruit are transformed on the farm in our workshop, into 100% organic jams and jellies:
- Jams: Plum, Plum-Agastache, Apple-Lavender, Blackberry-Raspberry, Quince.
- Jellies: Blackberry-Raspberry, Quince
Our products can be tasted at the garden's summer fair during visits, and sold at the farm and local markets.
