Confits of flowers - Ferme de Solpérières

All plants are grown by hand on small or scattered plots, on limestone soil at an altitude of 900 m, with a climate that is hot in summer and very cold in winter.

The edible plants, lavender, sage, agastache, roses, cornflowers and their companions in the ornamental garden are weeded by hand.

No chemical treatments or synthetic fertilizers are used in the garden. Special care is taken when preparing the soil. Plants, edible flowers and fruit are transformed on the farm in the workshop into 100% organic flower preserves: Rose, Agastache, Thyme and Verbena.

These products are available for tasting at the garden's summer fair during visits, and for sale at the farm and local markets.
