Preparation of birch sap - GAYRAL Reynier

We harvest birch sap in the Champsaur valley (Hautes-Alpes) at over 1000m altitude, at the gateway to the Massif des Écrins.

Birch sap promotes the body's natural drainage. It has a revitalizing and remineralizing effect. It is consumed as a cure, at a rate of 6 to 8 cl per day for 3 weeks.

The birch sap preparation is packaged in 500ml bottles and 2-liter bibs. It contains 80% birch sap, plus sea buckthorn juice and apple juice. You can find it all year round.
