Fresh birch sap from the Hautes-Alpes (plain, lemon) - GAYRAL Reynier

We harvest birch sap in the Champsaur valley (Hautes-Alpes) at an altitude of over 1000m, at the gateway to the Massif des Écrins.

Birch sap promotes the body's natural drainage. It has a revitalizing and remineralizing effect. It is consumed as a cure, at a rate of 6 to 8 cl per day for 3 weeks.

Fresh birch sap is packaged in 2-liter or 5-liter bottles. You'll only find it during the harvest period ( March to April, depending on available stocks).
