The Hautes Terres gardens are located in Chaillol at an altitude of 1450m. Around 1,000 species and varieties of plants flourish here. We cultivate a rose garden of 400 old perfume roses, often rare alpine perennials, and aromatic plants for dyeing and food production, using animal traction and no synthetic fertilizers or chemical treatments. As the seasons go by, you'll find a range of products made with flowers, berries and plants without any artificial additives (rose water, jams, syrups). Guided tours are organized on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in July and August. In June, September and October, practical workshops are offered by appointment from spring to autumn. Farm sales Monday to Saturday at 6 p.m. in July and August, by appointment the rest of the year.
