In an idyllic setting 700 meters above Bedous, the Soubille farm is surrounded by a natural wealth of wildlife and a varied and colorful flora throughout the seasons. On 20 hectares of meadows and woods, Emma and François raise 80 ewes of Barégeoise, Berrichonne and Bizet breeds...

In an idyllic setting 700 meters above Bedous, the Soubille farm is surrounded by a natural wealth of wildlife and a varied and colorful flora throughout the seasons. On 20 hectares of meadows and woods, Emma and François raise 80 ewes of the Barégeoise, Berrichonne and Bizet breeds. About 70 lambs are born each year on the farm.

The production is currently in a transition period to obtain the organic farming qualification.

The meat is processed in a certified organic workshop using traditional family recipes. The ingredients used are all organic and/or locally produced.
