The black bees of the apiary of the sources produce up to five different honeys, as well as wax, candles and gingerbread made in the premises of the house of Courcelles. A human-sized farm that cooperates with the local bees and favors sustainable beekeeping.
The apiary also offers for sale black bee swarms, wax, candles and gingerbread made in the premises of the house of Courcelles.
The 280 hives are located near the honey house in Aprey (Aprey, Villiers- lès-Aprey, Prauthoy, Auberive...)
