Honey all flowers of summer - Le rucher des sources
The black bees of the apiary of the sources produce up to five different honeys, from acacia honey to forest honey, passing by the all flower or the lime tree. A human-sized farm that cooperates with the local bees and favors sustainable beekeeping.
The apiary also offers for sale swarms of black bees, wax, candles and gingerbread made in the premises of the house of Courcelles (provision of the premises).
The 280 beehives are located near the honey house in Aprey (Aprey, Villiers- lès-Aprey, Prauthoy, Auberive...)
The Rucher des Sources offers :
