Honey - Le rucher de Randavel

Josian Perrier has taken over the operation of his great-grandparents' trunk apiary, which used to produce wax. This traditional Cévennes apiary, laid out in an amphitheater, had been abandoned for 50 years. It was taken over by Josian in 2013 as part of a heritage contract signed with the Park to preserve it. Following a training course, Josian decided to go into honey production. At present, the apiary has around fifty sedentary hives. It continues to improve with the planting of bulbous and melliferous flowers. 400 kg of all-flower honey is produced each year.
