In the heart of the mountain pastures of the Ecrins National Park, between Orcières and Prapic, the bees flourish in the alpine meadows and gather the flowers of our mountains. The honey is sold locally, only in short circuits (direct sale on the market and at the honey house on request).
The products are sold on the market of Orcières-Merlette on Thursdays:
in winter season (from 15/12 to 20/04) : market all day long
in summer season (July and August) : market all morning until 1pm
It is possible to go to the honey house to buy the honey, but there is no store or store at the farm: it is on demand, you will have to call before to make sure Mr. Marchand is there.
The honey is packaged in jars of 125g, 250g, 500g, 1kg (depending on the harvest).
