Initially, this small stone Cévenole house in the heart of the hamlet of Vézolles was simply restored in a low-tech spirit to welcome family and friends

From the simple, functional accommodation and outdoor spaces, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the valley, the majestic flight of birds of prey or the starry sky. The spring-fed swimming pool will give you the impression of swimming in the treetops!

At the crossroads of the Gard, Lozère and Ardèche, the Cévennes valleys of the Chassezac and Cèze rivers, the chestnut forests and plateaux are an ideal refuge for a return to nature and simplicity, calm and disconnection. For us, recycling, DIY and self-reliance are a way of life. We love to meet all kinds of people and share our peace of mind and joie de vivre.

If you wish, we can show you around the restored hamlet, the gardens and orchard, and show you how to make cheese from our biquette's milk, or the basket-weaving workshop.

  • Ground floor: bedroom, bathroom partially dug into the rock and access to the first floor with storage space.
  • First floor: bright living room and kitchen.
  • Facilities: a 2-person bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, a folding single bed and a crib.

  • Bathroom: washbasin, claw-foot bath, toilet.
  • Fully equipped kitchen
  • The accommodation is supplied with untreated, ultra-fresh spring water. A water fountain with self-sterilizing ceramic filter is located in the kitchen.
  • Sheets, towels and household linen not provided.
  • No wi-fi or portable network connection outside the accommodation.
  • For the well-being of wildlife and pets, pets are not allowed.
