In Pointe-Noire, in the heart of the Côte-sous-le-Vent, come and taste the fresh products of the Aquaculture Park's table d'hôte every Friday (in season) and Sunday.
The Aquaculture Park develops the aquaculture of tomorrow while respecting the environment and the consumer (no detectable pollution, no use of medicated or phytosanitary products) and raises in fresh water the ouassou and the Creole red mullet, and in a marine environment: the Caribbean bass.
Taste the products at the table d'hôte: appointment every Friday (in season) & Sunday at 12:30 pm.
Reservations are strongly recommended.
The formulas at the table d'hôte include a starter and a dish. The aperitif will be offered to you.
Desserts will also be offered. All the products are fresh.
The key words: quality, conviviality, simplicity. No fuss but a friendly welcome, a natural setting and authentic products.

At the Aquaculture Park, you can also :
- discover the activity and visit the hatchery accompanied by a biologist (guided tours on table d'hôte days at 11am: 8€/adult & 4€/child). Reservations & group quotes on request
- buy the products; caribbean bass, creole red mullet & ouassous - depending on the fishing of the day
- fish with your family or friends for a relaxing moment.
- observe in their natural environment various species of birds: osprey, kingfisher, kios (green heron), snowy egrets...

At the Aquaculture Park, in Pointe-Noire, the ouassous, raised in the ponds, and the caribbean wolffish, raised in the sea, are guaranteed free of pesticides and other chemical products.
François Herman, manager of the site, uses his knowledge and experience as an agricultural engineer to offer a quality and local product. Indeed, all the links of the production chain are observed, from the egg to the plate.
If the main activity remains aquaculture, the Aquaculture Park offers a table d'hôte service with products from the farm and educational visits by a biologist to learn more about sustainable aquaculture.
During your stay at the Aquaculture Park, you can also observe birds or enjoy the quietness of the site, you also have the possibility to practice recreational fishing.
