Turmeric and Ginger Syrups

This led to the introduction of plants used to prepare dishes, notably ginger and turmeric rhizomes, which are now part of Guadeloupe's culinary heritage. Partly born of this Indian culture, the Karupodha family business is keen to enhance this cultural identity by developing a range of products made from the spices it grows.
