Join Sébastien Bouchonneau for a half-day plunge into the heart of prehistory to understand local geology and the lives of the area's first occupants.

In every season, the scrubland and garrigue blend together here like nowhere else in the Calanques to create a magnificent picture, enhanced by the caves and the Great Arch!

Access: buses 10 and 40 from the SNCF train station - bus station stop.

Equipment: hiking boots, windproof jacket, rain cape, sun cream, 1.5L water, picnic and snacks.

Supervision: Sébastien Bouchonneau is a mountain leader.

Alternative departure point: La Ciotat bus station.
