Half day snorkeling at Domaine du Rayol

The underwater trail in summer is an aquatic walk with fins, mask and snorkel to discover all the riches of the marine world. At Domaine du Rayol, summer is synonymous with drought and intense heat. Vegetation is at rest. The scents of the maquis and the song of the cicadas fill the air... It's the perfect time to put your head under the water and explore the 11th garden, the marine garden.

Starting from the beach, with a state-certified guide from Domaine du Rayol, let yourself be surprised by the richness of the small seabed. You may come across: girelles, serrans, labres, starfish, dorados and schools of saupes in the Posidonia meadow; flatfish and sea cucumbers on the sandy seabed; sars, loups or barracudas in the open water; anemones, octopuses, castagnoles... in the crevices of the rocky seabed..

Easy level, beginners accepted, for the whole family aged 8 and over. Only condition: ability to swim.

Equipment supplied (wetsuit, fins, mask, snorkel). This is disinfected before and after each use, using an environmentally-friendly product. You can also bring your own equipment.

You'll need a bathing suit (no shorts), towel and hair tie for the activity, and proper attire for the visit to the Garden.

Times: Every day from June 12 to September 15, 2023. Several departures per day.

Duration: 2 hours, including 45 minutes in the water.
