Hike with botanical and historical comments along the coast of Marseilleveyre, followed by an initiation to Buddhist Yantra Yoga and a meditation in the cove to the sound of the waves and chanted mantras...
On the program:
Loop from the port of Callelongue, small climb to join the GR 98/51 on the edge of the cliff with panoramic views of the sea, the Calanques of Cassis, Maïre Island, Jaïre and Riou.
Gourmet vegan break.
Yoga session on a Napoleonic battery, facing the Riou island and picnic on the wild creek of Marseilleveyre, only accessible by foot or by sea.
Return by the Mounine cove and a slight ascent to the Callelongue semaphore, with a 380 degree view on Marseille, the Frioul islands and the Nerthe chain on one side and the Riou archipelago and the Calanques on the other.
Return to the parking lot of the port of Callelongue.

Yoga is suitable for all levels. It allows us to gently awaken our whole body, improve our concentration and our feeling in communion with nature.
The hike is enhanced with botanical and historical comments and various anecdotes about the myths and legends of Provence.
