Yoga-rando Sugiton

Program:

1 km walk in the heart of the pine forest along bushy side paths, then a hike towards Sugiton, a sporty descent under the cliff of the roofs where migratory birds nest, a great climbing spot.

Famous vegan gourmet break at the halfway point.

Yoga above the sea on a dedicated platform, then a short descent to the "Torpilleur" cove, named after the rocky islet there. Picnic lunch.

The hike ends with a cardio ascent through the garrigue towards the Luminy campus.

Moments of meditative contemplation, lulled by the sound of the waves.

Practical information:

Yoga is suitable for all levels. It gently awakens the whole body, improving concentration and feeling in communion with nature.

The hike is enhanced by botanical and historical commentaries and anecdotes about the myths and legends of Provence.
