Forest honey by Pascal Fontaine

A professional beekeeper for over 30 years, Pascal Fontaine roams the forests with his son Etienne. From Bébour to the coastal volcano, via the Salazie cirque, his bees take advantage of the diversity of climates and therefore of the species present. The result is a honey from indigenous plants with a powerful, woody aroma. He also offers exotic honeys, such as pink berry and letchis, from organic farming.

His honey house is in Le Tampon, where he also produces royal jelly and pollen with his son Etienne. Pascal practices transhumance according to the season: 630 hives, that's something to look after!
