Royal jelly by Etienne Fontaine

With his father Pascal, Etienne Fontaine wanders the forests of La Réunion to harvest honey. From Dioré to Grand Etang, via Bras des Calumets, his bees take advantage of the diversity of climates and therefore of the species present. The result is a honey from indigenous plants with powerful, woody fragrances. He also offers exotic honeys, such as pink berry and letchis, produced organically.

One of the island's royal jelly pioneers, Etienne processes the precious nectar in his honey house in the heights of Le Tampon.
