We have been producing raw milk goat cheese in the Vallouise valley for more than 25 years. You can taste it on the markets of Vallouise or Briançon!

We have been producing farmhouse raw milk goat cheese in the Vallouise Valley for over 25 years. Our goats use the farm's pasture from May to October and spend the winter in our farm in La Batie des Vigneaux.

Our products based on goat milk :

- Natural goat's cheese crottin

- Crottin seasoned with fine herbs

- Crottin with pepper

- Crottin with garlic-chive and shallots

- Crottin with hyssop

- Soft goat cheese with or without ring (Reblochon type)

- Blue goat cheese

- Goat's Tomme cheese

- Faisselles

- Plain white cheese

- White cheese with blueberry

- White cheese with raspberry

Sale at the farm on Fridays and Saturdays from 4pm to 7pm (except during school vacations) and from Monday to Saturday from 4pm to 7pm during school vacations. Closed from November to December 15,

Vallouise market on Thursday mornings from February to the end of October

Briançon market on Wednesday and Sunday mornings from March to the end of October
