Located in the Champsaur valley (Hautes-Alpes) in the heart of the Ecrins National Park, we are producers of sea buckthorn juice, birch sap and organic fruit juice. We are also a distiller/liquorist. Take a tour of our workshops to discover our artisanal working methods.
We harvest birch sap in the Champsaur valley (Hautes-Alpes) at an altitude of over 1000m, at the gateway to the Écrins Massif.
The sap of birch favors the natural drainage of the body. It has a revitalizing and remineralizing action. It is consumed in the form of a cure in spring and autumn at a rate of 6 to 8 cl per day for 3 weeks.
The 100% pasteurized birch sap is packaged in 2 liter bottles. Available all year round depending on stocks.
