Les Herbes Folles is a plant-based, seasonal cannery. Charlaine offers handcrafted treats made on a small scale from organically-grown produce and surpluses. Don't hesitate to try our flower and herb syrups.
The project was created by Charlaine, conscious of our impact on the environment, sensitive to anti-waste, craftsmanship, local and ethical wonders.
The small "Herbes Folles" enterprise is located in Roure in the Tinée valley, in the Mercantour National Park.
Combining canning and processing, while at the same time developing actions to raise awareness of environmental issues: upgrading forgotten foods to promote local products, the circular economy and proximity...
