Les Herbes Folles is a project of transformation and revalorization in jars of products coming from the picking and from products out of circuits coming from organic cultures in a local and responsible approach. Discover the extra jelly or the grape-raspberry coulis!
The project was created by Charlaine, conscious of our impact on the environment, sensitive to anti-waste, crafts, local and ethical wonders.
The small business of "Herbes Folles" is located in Roure in the Tinée valley, in the Mercantour National Park.
Combining canning, transformation and in parallel developing awareness actions concerning the environment: revalorization of forgotten foodstuffs to promote local products, the circular and proximity economy.

Grape Raspberry Coulis : grape-raspberry untreatedé, blond cane sugar*, gelling agent: agar-agar.
