The Terres Rouges Farm mixes sheep breeding and fruit growing in the spirit of Cevennes agropastoralism, in the respect of an exceptional environment classified as a National Park and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Rabayrès, Pellegrines, Bon Arbre, Dauphinenque are the sweet Cévennes names of the varieties of chestnuts produced in organic farming by Julien Lespine, in the heart of the Cévennes National Park, in the French valley.
Young farmer, Julien Lespine also begins a breeding of ewes in full open air.

- Chestnut cream : chestnut jam with a low sugar content, made from traditional varieties, Bon arbre and Pellegrine
- Natural chestnuts: Bon arbre chestnuts, small and sweet fruits, from hundred-year-old chestnut trees.
