From April to December, Les Jardins du Cosmos produce and sell direct some fifty different vegetables depending on the season (carrots, turnips, potatoes, tomatoes, beet, zucchinis, fennel, lettuce, squash...), condiments (garlic, onions, shallots...), a few fruits (melons, watermelons...) and aromatic plants (parsley, coriander...). Our entire production is certified organic.

Aromatic herbs are a must in every kitchen. Sweet or spicy, discreet or powerful, aromatic herbs guarantee tastings full of flavor and help meet certain nutritional needs.

Aromatic plants are packed with health benefits: fiber, minerals, vitamins and antioxidants.

Les Jardins du Cosmos products are ultra-fresh: always harvested the day before sale.

In addition to the markets: online ordering at https://app.cagette.net/lesjardinsducosmos from April to December (before midnight on Wednesdays and collection of orders at Leuglay on Fridays from 4pm to 7pm)

Settled since 2021 in Leuglay in the Côte d'Or, Loïc Jounot grows organic fruit, vegetables and aromatic plants on a 2.1-hectare plot of land in the heart of the National Forest Park.

My strengths?

Production based entirely on maintaining and improving the biological life of the soil.

Continuous observation of the soil's vitality and optimized soil management.

As the seasons go by, my plots are enriched with organic matter, permanent cover crops and minimal tillage.

I don't grow vegetables and fruit, but I do consider myself a breeder of earthworms in my soil.

It makes me proud to be in a National Park.
