Installed since 3 seasons, the market gardener cultivates fruits and vegetables in organic agriculture (bio coherence) on a ground of 2,1Ha. The crops are mainly in open fields, with a part under greenhouse (tomatoes in particular).
The fruits and vegetables are sold directly, at the farmers' market or in baskets.
The strong points: Very precise agronomic management of the soils (regenerative agriculture) with very limited tillage (on 1 to 2 cm during sowing) and strong enrichment in organic matter. Systematic mulching.
