Buckwheat honey - Ruchers du fourneau

The Ruchers du Fourneau beekeeping operation is located in a verdant setting, isolated from the village of Essarois in Côte-d'Or, at a place called "Le Fourneau".
The farm is located in the Châtillonnais region, in the heart of the National Forest Park. Ruchers du Fourneau is housed in a family home that has been in the family for 3 generations. It lies in an idyllic setting for a beekeeper, wedged between two forests along the Digeanne, a tributary of the Ource, which itself flows into the Seine. As its name suggests, this hamlet was once a blast furnace.
